Every project starts with a free homepage preview. After you approve the scope and sign a short agreement, a 50% deposit starts the work.

Free homepage preview
I design one homepage concept based on your business and current site, if you have one. It's a design preview, not a finished working website.
Approve the scope
We agree on the package and exactly what's included, and you sign a short written agreement.
50% deposit starts work
I build the project and you review it, with two rounds of revisions included.
Approve and launch
Once you approve the agreed deliverables, the remaining 50% is due before launch or handover.

Payments and revisions
One-time projects are paid in two parts: a 50% deposit when the agreement is signed, and 50% after you approve the agreed deliverables, before launch or handover.

Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. The Quick Fix refreshes one existing homepage on a supported platform such as Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or Shopify. For a broader update, the Full Refresh covers up to five pages.
Can you build a website if I don't have one?
Yes. The Full Refresh includes a simple informational website of up to five pages. Your free homepage preview will show the direction before you commit.
Do you offer English and Spanish?
Yes. I work with clients in English and Spanish. Website content can be in either language; a complete bilingual website is quoted based on the number of pages and amount of content.
What does the free preview include?
One homepage design concept for your business, with light adjustments. It's a design preview, not a complete working website, and it doesn't include unlimited revisions. There's no obligation to continue.
Are hosting and domain fees included?
No. Your domain, hosting and any platform subscription or paid apps are billed directly to you by those providers. I can help you choose and set them up in your own name.
How many revisions do I receive?
Each project includes two revision rounds. Additional changes, or requests outside the agreed scope, are quoted before any extra work begins.
Can I request business cards only?
Yes. Business card design is available on its own. Request a quote with the form below; printing and shipping are charged separately.
Can you connect my existing booking service?
Yes. I can link your site to the booking service you already use. Building a custom booking system isn't included in the packages.
Who owns the website and accounts after payment?
You keep ownership of your domain and platform accounts at all times; they should be in your name. After full payment, the design work and the content you provided are yours to use.
Themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and apps from third parties remain subject to their own licenses and terms, which may require ongoing fees or limit transfer. I'll point these out before using them.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or sales?
No. I set up the basics that help search engines and customers understand your site, but no one can honestly guarantee rankings, traffic or sales.
